  • Collaborate with different business units such as Infrastructure, Asset-Backed Products, Debt Capital Markets, Acquisition Finance, Energy, Mining, and Real Estate to explore and expand business prospects.
  • Develop and produce high-quality marketing presentations, pitch books, and materials for both internal purposes and client-facing events.
  • Maintain and update client databases using internal tools, assist with revenue tracking, and support budget forecasting activities.
  • Facilitate the KYC process and related documentation for both existing clients and new client onboarding.
  • Support organization and coordination of client roadshows and key meetings, including preparing briefings and recording minutes diligently.
  • Contribute to deal flow management by compiling deal checklists, aiding in submission, and overseeing the transaction approval cycle end-to-end.

Qualifications and Experience

  • No prior professional experience is required, though any exposure to investment banking or finance is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the wider Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Must have the legal right to live and work in Australia; visa sponsorship is not available.

Behavioral and Functional Competencies

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within small, diverse teams that may include offshore colleagues.
  • Strong self-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet competing deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and interpersonal aptitude.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach with a strong willingness to learn and contribute instantaneously.
  • Organizational capability to coordinate efforts among colleagues and successfully complete tasks.
  • Capability to foster and sustain trusted relationships with internal teams (support functions, middle and back office) and external clients, industry bodies, and government agencies.
