Graduate Software Engineer

Position Overview

This role focuses primarily on developing proprietary Machine Learning solutions with an emphasis on Natural Language Processing tasks within the company’s innovative in-house projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Deep Learning models tailored to challenges such as Semantic Search.
• Create foundational AI models using exclusive datasets.
• Establish and enhance internal AI capabilities, including the deployment of MLOps pipelines.
• Address diverse Data Science and Engineering problems that arise during project development.
• Engage in development of cutting-edge Generative AI technologies including Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Multi-Chain Processing (MCP).

Eligibility & Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline from a university, ETH, or FH.
• Strong enthusiasm and drive to acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Preferably possessing preliminary technical skills and practical experience in related areas.
