Graduate Management Training Program Overview
The Graduate Management Trainee position offers a unique opportunity to explore leadership skills and potentially become a branch manager within two years in one of Enterprise's retail locations. Many senior leaders, including the current CEO, started their careers in this role. From the start, trainees receive significant support and real responsibilities across areas such as customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and engaging with a diverse customer base.
- Engage in sales and marketing activities by establishing and nurturing relationships with local business partners and expanding professional networks.
- Gain understanding of financial management including cost control and analysis of profit and loss statements to ensure business profitability.
- Oversee operational logistics, including fleet management and strategic planning to boost performance.
- Lead, mentor, train, and develop team members, with progress toward managerial roles and team promotions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though relevant professional experience may be considered as a substitute.
- A full manual driving license valid in the Republic of Ireland, UK, or EU is required; however, accommodations are available for applicants unable to drive due to disabilities.
- No alcohol or drug-related driving offenses within the past five years are permitted.
