Key Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to design, train, and enhance generative AI models for tasks such as text generation and image synthesis.
- Research the latest AI algorithms and frameworks to introduce innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Manage large datasets by preprocessing and analyzing data to derive actionable insights that guide model development.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to align AI projects with business objectives and integrate solutions effectively.
- Engage in code reviews and uphold high standards for software quality and best AI/ML development practices.
- Document project progress thoroughly and present research and development insights to foster shared knowledge within the team.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Proficient programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Familiarity with data processing libraries like Pandas, NumPy and visualization tools such as Matplotlib or Seaborn is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with genuine enthusiasm for AI technologies.
- Effective communication skills with an ability to thrive in team-oriented environments.
