Position Overview
This role requires working at the manufacturing site in Saints-Anges, Quebec. Candidates should be proficient in English or French.
Education and Experience
There is no requirement for a degree, certificate, or diploma. Training will be provided on-site to the successful applicant.
Work Environment
- Work is performed in a factory or plant setting.
- The workplace is noisy and dusty, demanding physical endurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out various basic labor tasks as assigned.
- Assemble composite materials onto patterns to create parts and complete assemblies.
Security and Safety
- Completion of a criminal record check is mandatory.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions
- Engagement in a fast-paced environment involving repetitive duties.
- Manual handling of loads up to 23 kilograms (50 pounds).
- Tasks require manual dexterity, good hand-eye coordination, diligence, and standing for long durations.
Required Personal Attributes and Equipment
- Dependability, punctuality, and teamwork skills are vital.
- Use of own tools, protective equipment such as steel-toed boots, safety goggles, gloves is necessary.
