Role Overview
The company is looking for a Gen AI / Agentic AI professional with strong hands-on experience in Python, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering. The position is based in Chennai or Noida and calls for someone who can independently drive development work and deliver practical AI solutions for business use cases.
Experience and Notice Period
This role is open to professionals with 4 to 12 years of experience. The preferred notice period ranges from immediate joining to 90 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and support AI-based solutions using generative AI and agentic AI approaches.
- Develop production-ready machine learning applications in Python.
- Work on anomaly detection and apply advanced machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
- Create and maintain APIs using FastAPI or Flask when required.
- Design and implement scalable AI models for practical, real-world use.
- Translate complex business requirements into workable AI-driven solutions.
- Operate as an individual contributor and manage development tasks with minimal supervision.
- Communicate technical ideas clearly with clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong command of anomaly detection and advanced machine learning methods.
- Practical Python development skills for ML and AI applications.
- Working knowledge of FastAPI or Flask for API development.
- Hands-on exposure to GenAI tools and platforms such as Google Gemini and Vertex AI.
- Experience with prompt engineering and RAG workflows.
- Ability to solve problems independently and turn business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Capability to build scalable AI systems for production use.
