About the Role and Company
Alike Thoughts Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting experienced professionals for the position of GCP Databricks Developer. This role is based in Chennai and Hyderabad, India, and focuses on designing scalable data pipelines and data engineering solutions using Google Cloud Platform and Databricks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines leveraging GCP BigQuery and Databricks on GCP.
- Implement efficient ETL processes and data processing using DataProc services.
- Build and optimize solutions utilizing PySpark and Python programming languages.
- Contribute to scalable data engineering projects that enhance data availability and performance.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven hands-on expertise with GCP BigQuery.
- Strong experience working with Databricks on Google's cloud platform.
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts and data processing frameworks like DataProc.
- Proficiency in PySpark and Python for efficient data processing tasks.
- Background in building scalable data infrastructure solutions.
