Full Time Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role involves delivering excellent customer service by managing tasks linked to receiving shipments and ensuring the smooth transit of merchandise to the sales floor. Key activities include unloading trailers, moving pallets, and supporting merchandise processing, all while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. The Associate works collaboratively within a team to plan and execute duties based on workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening hours.
• Set up, merchandise, and sign promotional features.
• Unloading merchandise live, including various types.
• Focus on labelling merchandise and organizing stock in backroom bins.
• Transport pallets of merchandise between storage areas and the sales floor overnight for processing.
• Assist with restocking the sales floor and provide customer assistance when needed.
• Label the sales floor accurately for store opening readiness.
• Uphold a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $17.15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years.
