Full Time Insomnia Assistant

Role Overview

M3 Mulhuddart Services is looking for a motivated and lively individual to become part of our team as an Insomnia Assistant. The key responsibility of this role is to deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors inside our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customers leave satisfied with a friendly and positive experience.
• Prepare and serve coffee beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the company's offerings to respond confidently to customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in compliance with high sanitation standards.
• Engage actively within the team to contribute to collective success.
• Maintain organisational support by assisting in various store tasks as required.
• Operate cash registers with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Demonstrable experience working in a café or as a barista.
• A strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to effectively manage and resolve customer issues.
• Awareness and understanding of HACCP hygiene protocols.
• Self-driven with initiative, capable of independently understanding and fulfilling job requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail in all duties.
• Integrity, honesty, and respectfulness towards colleagues and customers.
• Excellent teamwork skills, knowing when to lead and when to support.
