Full-Time Housekeeper Utility Worker - Remote Sydney

About the Role

Cater Care is looking for dedicated full-time Housekeeping Utility Workers to join the team based in Sydney, NSW. This is a permanent position with FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) and BIBO (Bus-In, Bus-Out) roster options, working 14 days on and 7 days off from 06:00 to 16:30. This role extends beyond traditional hospitality, offering a pathway to develop your career in facilities services by maintaining clean, safe, and efficient environments on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and ensuite bathrooms, including bed making as necessary.
• Carry out general cleaning duties such as waste management, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining shared areas.
• Comply with legislated hygiene standards at all times.
• Deliver friendly and efficient service, especially during busy periods.
• Assist team members with additional duties across various departments as needed.

Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum of 12 months experience in roles such as Utility Worker, Cleaner, Housekeeper, or similar.
• A strong dedication to genuine, customer-focused service.
• An enthusiastic, motivated, and positive ‘can-do’ mindset.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting.
• Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance standards.
• Hold a valid driver's license (automatic or manual).
• Be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident.
• Possession of or willingness to obtain a White Card for workplace safety.
