Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring shelves remain fully stocked and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Maintain product displays and shelving that comply with company quality standards.
• Accurately scan products and identify inventory requirements, assisting with order placement as needed.
• Implement company-led promotions and programs in-store.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in department areas while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting.
• Resourceful and polite when addressing customer questions or concerns.
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges.

Experience & Qualifications

No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided for success in this position.

• Flexibility to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout an entire shift.

Additional Information

This is a unionized role with wage rates defined by the collective agreement. The initial pay band is $15.35 to $26.28 per hour.

Applicants must be 18 years or older and will be required to complete a criminal background check as part of the application process.
