Role Overview
BAPON is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to architect, develop, test, and support cutting-edge web applications. Candidates should possess substantial skills in both frontend and backend technologies, cloud services, API design, database management, and DevOps workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Create responsive user interfaces using advanced JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop secure, efficient backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Integrate systems with third-party tools and cloud platforms.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.
- Engage in architectural discussions and participate in technical design reviews.
- Review code and provide guidance to junior developers as needed.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues while enhancing performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps teams within Agile frameworks.
- Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated release processes.
Required Skills
- Frontend: Proficiency with React.js or Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive design, and UI frameworks like Bootstrap or Material UI.
- Backend: Experience with .NET Core/ASP.NET Core (preferred), or Java Spring Boot, or Node.js frameworks (Express, NestJS).
- API Development: Skilled in REST APIs, GraphQL (preferred), OAuth2, and JWT authentication.
- Databases: Familiarity with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL; MongoDB skills are advantageous.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience in at least one cloud provider—Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- DevOps Tools: Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
- Testing: Competence in unit testing (e.g., JUnit, xUnit, NUnit, Jest), integration testing, and automated test suites.
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Proven record in delivering enterprise-level web solutions.
- Experience functioning within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles and cloud-native app development.
- Strong debugging and optimization capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ messaging systems.
- Experience with Redis, Terraform or other infrastructure as code tools.
- Familiarity with SonarQube and identity management systems like Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, or Auth0.
- Background in financial services, government, or healthcare domains is advantageous.
