Role Overview

The company is looking for a seasoned Full Cycle Recruiter to enhance their Talent team. Reporting to the Head of Talent, this position focuses on recruiting both technical and non-technical roles by devising and executing effective hiring strategies. Key responsibilities include building candidate pipelines, managing recruitment end-to-end, and ensuring a positive candidate journey. Ideal candidates are proactive, meticulous, and ready to grow as individual contributors, preferring candidates with experience in startup or defense technology sectors, especially those accustomed to recruiting candidates with active U.S. security clearances.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruiting projects under Head of Talent's guidance from start to finish
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand roles and implement hiring plans
Utilize innovative sourcing tactics to engage passive candidates
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
Conduct initial recruiter screenings assessing candidate fit culturally and technically
Provide prompt, transparent communication to ensure excellent candidate experience
Maintain swift candidate movement through recruitment stages
Keep hiring managers updated with insights and feedback regularly
Accurately document candidate and recruitment details in tracking software (Greenhouse)
Partner with Recruiting Operations to facilitate seamless interviewing, offering, and onboarding
Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions
Contribute suggestions to improve recruitment workflows and candidate engagement

Required Qualifications

5–7 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
Recruiting expertise in startup or fast-growing tech environments
Successful track record recruiting technical roles and non-technical positions
Strong sourcing capabilities to attract and convert passive talent
Experience hiring software engineers and other technical professionals
Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple simultaneous searches
Superior written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to perform in high-paced, dynamic settings
Balanced urgency with sound judgment in decision-making
Commitment to providing excellent candidate experience
Comfort operating under leadership direction and collaborating with hiring managers
Desire to evolve as an individual contributor rather than move into management rapidly

Preferred qualifications include previous experience recruiting within Defense Technology, familiarity with government contracting or national security organizations, and proficiency using recruiting platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem. Candidates holding active U.S. security clearances are strongly favored.
