Role Overview
The Front Desk Executive position is a full-time, on-site job located in Vijayawada East. The main duty is to welcome visitors, manage inquiries, and oversee the check-in and check-out processes for travel tours. Daily responsibilities include answering calls, replying to emails, maintaining visitor logs and booking information, and collaborating with internal departments about tour details and client requests. The role also provides clients with service information, assists with simple bookings and payment processing, and ensures that the reception area is tidy and inviting. This position plays an essential role in maintaining efficient front office operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to engage professionally with diverse clientele and visitors.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for managing face-to-face and electronic correspondence.
- Proficient in telephone etiquette and experienced in receptionist duties such as call handling, visitor coordination, and appointment management.
- Basic computing skills with familiarity in office software or reservation systems.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in front office, hospitality, or travel sectors is beneficial.
- Must be able to work on-site in Vijayawada East with a consistently polite and customer-oriented attitude.
