About the Role
Do you enjoy establishing relationships, persuading others, and successfully meeting targets? Are you confident on the phone and eager to apply your communication skills in a role where they truly matter? Then this opportunity is for you. We are building a passionate team focused on helping organizations deepen connections with their donors by transforming one-time contributors into regular donors.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing leads (cold calling is not required)
- Explain and promote the recurring donation program
- Build trust and conduct meaningful conversations
- Address questions and manage objections professionally
- Turn one-time donors into recurring supporters
- Accurately document and report all activities
- Meet defined performance goals
Candidate Profile
- Native proficiency in German is mandatory
- Basic command of English or French to coordinate with management
- Comfortable engaging in telephone conversations
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Self-driven, resilient, and focused on achieving goals
- Experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, or outbound calling is advantageous
- Availability to work at least 20 hours weekly
What We Offer
- 100% remote work setup
- Flexible working hours between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Guaranteed hourly wage of 15€/hour plus 20€ bonus per successful conversion
- Estimated monthly income ranging approximately from 2,500€ to 3,000€, based on hours worked and performance
