This freelance presentation designer opportunity is part of the Tendem project, where the main objective is to craft clear, compelling presentations tailored for practical applications. This part-time, remote role is ideal for creative specialists skilled in visual communication, storytelling, and information design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create pitch decks and professional one-page presentations designed specifically for varied target audiences.
• Transform complex data and narratives into clear, visually compelling stories emphasizing minimalism and accurate information hierarchy.
• Enhance presentations with custom fonts, refined animations, and consistent premium visuals.
• Maintain a polished, corporate yet creative style throughout all deliverables.
• Apply rigorous quality control ensuring perfect visual alignment, pacing, and brand conformity before final submission.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum two years relevant experience in graphic or presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative disciplines is advantageous.
• Strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization beyond standard templates is required.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in presentation software such as PowerPoint and Keynote for constructing dynamic, precisely animated decks.
• Experienced with design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for custom graphics and layouts.
• Adept at translating intricate data and hierarchical information into minimalist, clear visual storytelling.
• Advanced capability in typography and creating smooth, elegant animations employing custom fonts.

Additional Requirements

• Experience crafting high-end, premium layouts merging corporate and creative aesthetics.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to flawless visual presentation.
• Self-motivated, able to independently resolve design challenges.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• Application must include a portfolio link demonstrating relevant high-quality presentation work; applications lacking this will not be considered.

Work Expectations and Compensation

The workload for this project is flexible, estimated at 10-20 hours per week during active phases, though this varies by project demands. Compensation can be up to $50 per hour or equivalent, dependent on expertise and contribution pace. Different projects may have varying pay scales based on their specific requirements.
