Role Details

As a Graphic Designer on the Tendem project, you will be responsible for crafting layouts, infographics, social media templates, and refining visuals for various marketing materials. This role demands proficiency with industry-standard design tools and the ability to deliver clean, organized, and visually appealing assets.

Key Responsibilities

Create clear and structured layouts and modern infographics, establishing effective visual hierarchies for engaging, easy-to-understand content.
Design reusable, attention-grabbing social media templates and impactful one-page marketing materials.
Enhance everyday materials through expert use of typography, grid systems, and composition techniques.
Translate raw data and concepts into polished visual assets aligned with marketing and communication objectives.
Maintain high design standards by carefully verifying alignment, color schemes, and consistent layouts before final delivery.

Candidate Requirements

Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic, digital design, or visual communications.
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative disciplines is advantageous.
A robust and diverse portfolio demonstrating various formats including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and one-pagers.
Strong mastery of typography, visual composition, and grid systems essential.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Capability to switch efficiently between different design formats and media constraints.
Excellent time management and self-driven work ethic.
English language proficiency at upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.

Workload and Compensation

Tasks typically require 10-20 hours per week during active project periods. Compensation varies based on project complexity and scope, with earnings up to $50 per hour depending on experience and contribution pace.
