Mindrift connects experts with AI initiatives led by top technology innovators worldwide, aiming to harness the power of Generative AI by blending human expertise with AI capabilities. The Tendem project integrates this hybrid approach, combining AI-driven workflows with human critical thinking.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly adaptable and skilled graphic designer to contribute remotely and part-time to the Tendem project. This role requires hands-on experience in visual communications, especially in crafting layouts, infographics, social media templates, and polished marketing materials using standard industry tools.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clean, modern layouts and infographics, ensuring clear visual structure and engaging readability.
Create versatile and reusable templates tailored for various social media platforms and impactful one-pagers.
Enhance everyday design outputs by applying advanced typography, precise grid systems, and thoughtful visual composition.
Convert raw concepts and data into polished, professional-grade images aligned to marketing and communication objectives.
Maintain high design quality standards by systematically verifying alignment, color consistency, and layout coherence before final delivery.

Requirements

At least 12 to 24 months of professional experience in graphic or digital design, or visual communication is preferred.
Academic qualifications such as Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative disciplines are advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge and skill in typography, grid systems, and visual structure to elevate various design materials.
Demonstrated proficiency in modern infographic and social media asset creation.
Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for varied design challenges.
Ability to adapt smoothly to diverse formats, from engaging digital templates to impactful one-pagers.
English communication skills at an upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher are required.
A detail-oriented, adaptable approach and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Strong self-motivation and ability to manage multiple visual assignments independently.
Submission of an English CV including a portfolio link showcasing relevant graphic design projects is mandatory. Candidates without portfolio evidence will not be considered.

Additional Information

This freelance role is project-based with workload fluctuating according to active project phases. Expected weekly commitment ranges from 10 to 20 hours during active stages but is not guaranteed regularly.

Compensation for this role can reach up to $50 per hour, based on experience level and contribution pace. Payment rates can vary across different projects on the platform depending on the scope and required skills.
