About Edwardian Hotels London
Edwardian Hotels London is an established privately owned hotel group helmed by founder Jasminder Singh OBE, with roots in the hospitality sector dating back to 1977. After divesting ten Radisson Blu Edwardian properties earlier in 2024, the group now concentrates on a boutique collection of ultra-premium hotels and dining establishments. Its flagship venue, The Londoner on Leicester Square, is recognized as the world's first super boutique hotel featuring 350 rooms and suites, a variety of concept eateries and bars, private screening rooms, flexible meeting spaces, and a grand ballroom. The Londoner is a part of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Legend Collection, while The May Fair and The Edwardian Manchester are under the Radisson Collection. The group additionally operates luxury dining venues such as May Fair Kitchen, Peter Street Kitchen, and May Fair Bar.
Role Overview
The Creative Artworker position is an onsite role based in Enfield. The appointed individual will be responsible for creating high-quality artwork and layouts across both print and digital platforms, ensuring all materials adhere to Edwardian Hotels London's brand standards across its properties, restaurants, and bars.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver print-ready files, adapting master creative concepts into various formats suitable for diverse channels.
- Retouch images and manage multiple artwork versions and amendments with strict attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with internal designers, marketing teams, and external suppliers to ensure timely campaign delivery aligned with specifications.
- Proofcheck artwork to maintain quality control and uphold brand consistency across all outputs.
- Maintain and organise asset libraries to support the marketing and creative departments.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of visual guidelines and marketing collateral to support brand coherence.
Candidate Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency with industry software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop for layout, typography, and print-ready file preparation.
- Substantial experience creating artwork for a broad range of outputs including brochures, signage, out-of-home advertising, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
- Ability to adhere to and enhance brand guidelines to ensure uniformity across multiple venues and communication touchpoints.
- Strong detail orientation backed by experience in proof-checking and handling multiple rounds of artwork revisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills fostering smooth teamwork with designers, marketers, printers, and other collaborators.
- Effective organisational and time management skills capable of juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities under set deadlines.
- Previous experience in similar creative roles within hospitality, luxury goods, or lifestyle brands is considered highly advantageous.
- Formal education or certification in graphic design, visual communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
