Role Overview
The role of Founding Partner involves collaborating closely with the Founder to develop and grow every facet of the business. This position involves significant ownership and influence over the company's trajectory and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global vision, strategy, and long-term plans for Ruh Al Fann.
- Enhance the brand's positioning as a luxury label on an international scale.
- Lead initiatives involving strategic partnerships, business development, and retail expansion.
- Manage fundraising efforts including investor relationships and capital acquisition.
- Forge and maintain connections with luxury retailers, distributors, and governmental officials.
- Oversee expansion of operations throughout Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and global markets.
- Recruit and develop a high-caliber leadership team.
- Establish Ruh Al Fann as a globally recognized luxury fashion house.
