Role Overview

As the Founding Designer, you will take full ownership of Corridor's visual and product design, driving the creation and execution of the brand's identity and user experience from inception. This position is pivotal for shaping the company’s market presence and product impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and define the company’s visual branding elements including logo, color scheme, and typography through hands-on design work.
• Lead the complete redesign and launch of the company website and marketing materials.
• Develop pitch deck designs and shape narrative strategy for investor relations.
• Oversee recruitment collateral and employer branding initiatives.
• Craft intuitive product interfaces that encourage effortless adoption by users.
• Apply product insight to foresee user needs and design engaging, innovative experiences.
• Establish company-wide messaging and tone across communication channels.
• Innovate with superior product solutions, influencing the company’s visual and experiential standards.
• Contribute to the product roadmap, helping prioritize future development efforts.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing brand and product design projects with end-to-end execution.
• Proficient technically to personally implement designs.
• Extensive experience in technical product or brand design, with a preference for hands-on involvement.
• Strong product intuition that anticipates user needs independently.
• Ability to translate complex security technologies into simple, appealing interfaces and messaging.
• Strategic mindset with agility to deliver iterative improvements based on user feedback.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with founding leadership, handling ambiguous challenges, and working autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in security, developer tools, or AI-centered companies.
• Experience in early-stage startups building brands and products.
• Expertise in design systems or frontend engineering.
• Understanding of AI’s impact on user trust and related design considerations.
• Insight into go-to-market strategies.
