Job Responsibilities
- Assist members with correct workout techniques and proper use of gym equipment.
- Perform fitness evaluations and analyze body composition to tailor exercise plans.
- Design personalized workout routines and monitor member progress regularly.
- Ensure safety protocols, discipline, and high service standards are maintained on the gym floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance member experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferred qualifications include certifications such as K11, ACSM, NASM, ISSA, ACE, REPS India, or equivalents.
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Genuine enthusiasm for fitness, continuous learning, and supporting clients in reaching their goals.
- Applications from freshers with solid fitness knowledge are encouraged.
Compensation and Growth Opportunities
For Floor Trainers: A fixed salary commensurate with experience and capacity, along with performance-based bonuses and opportunities for advancement through ongoing education and promotions.
