Role Summary

We are looking for an analytical Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team, primarily supporting the Sales & Marketing division. Under the direction of the FP&A Director, you will be instrumental in monthly finance reporting, tracking KPIs, and managing the annual budgeting process. Your role will involve maintaining financial models, scrutinizing business performance, identifying trends and risks, and offering actionable insights to advance business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing stakeholders, focusing on customer acquisition and retention teams.
• Interpret data and deliver monthly variance analysis to guide strategic decisions within Sales & Marketing.
• Develop and update dynamic financial models aiding forecasts, budgets, and business planning.
• Generate KPIs such as ARR, retention, churn to assess business health and inform Sales leadership of performance.
• Manage SaaS revenue forecasting models to support revenue planning, highlighting key insights and anomalies.
• Work closely with FP&A colleagues to contribute to comprehensive consolidated models for relevant business segments.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1–3 years experience in Financial Analysis or FP&A functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields; MBA, CPA, or CFA credentials preferred.
• Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Familiarity with growth metrics like ARR, retention rates, churn, CAC, LTV, and LTV:CAC ratios.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and presentation.
• Strong communicator with a proactive mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Effective time management, interpersonal abilities, and capacity to multitask.
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) is favorable.
• Knowledge of NetSuite ERP and Workday Adaptive Planning advantageous.

Compensation

The approximate base salary range is €45180 to €50200 annually, varying based on individual experience, skill set, and role complexity. Performance-based bonuses and long- or short-term incentives may also be offered depending on the role. Some positions may include commission schemes impacting total remuneration.
