About the Role

Exceledge Placements is seeking a Financial Analyst Mentor based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This full-time position involves working onsite during night shifts from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday. Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor candidates in concepts and practices of Financial Analysis.
• Deliver interactive live training sessions supplemented with practical industry insights.
• Prepare candidates for technical interviews and simulate real-life financial scenarios.
• Evaluate and enhance candidates' resumes and help articulate project experiences effectively.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide detailed constructive feedback for improvement.
• Monitor progress of mentees and identify specific areas needing development.
• Keep candidates updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with the internal training team to ensure successful outcomes for candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of Financial Analysis and Corporate Finance principles.
• Practical expertise with Advanced Excel, Financial Modeling techniques, and Power BI applications.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with effective presentation abilities.
• Enthusiastic about mentoring and teaching aspiring professionals.
