Responsibilities

Independently support the preparation of global monthly reports and analyze key financial and corporate performance indicators.
Participate in operational accounting activities, notably recording business transactions, managing dunning processes, and overseeing payment runs.
Prepare and follow up on cost center discussions, including generating target-actual and variance analyses.
Contribute to international finance projects aimed at harmonizing, standardizing, and digitizing financial workflows.
Develop and continuously enhance project and management reporting.
Create statistical reports ensuring timely submission to external agencies.
Assist in annual budget planning and engage in forecasts and other planning processes, encouraging innovative input.

Qualifications

Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration focusing on finance, controlling, or accounting.
Preferably some professional experience in finance, controlling, accounting, or financial bookkeeping.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling principles.
Proficient with MS Office applications.
Business-oriented mindset.
Good command of German and English languages.

Desired Experience

Initial experience in the industrial sector.
Exposure to international work environments through internships or studies.
Interest in process optimization and digital transformation.
