직무 설명
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join as Financial Advisors or Associate Agency Partners at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited's Rashbihari branch in Kolkata. This role involves managing financial portfolios and aiding in business expansion within the financial services sector.
Working Hours
The work schedule is Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM. The 2nd and 3rd Saturdays and all Sundays are observed as holidays.
Primary Duties
- Oversee the company's financial business operations and allocate portfolio assets effectively.
- Support business development and growth in the financial services unit.
- Maintain high standards by ensuring quality business practices, screening recruitment, and monitoring employee activities regularly.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration package includes basic salary, ESI, PF, bonuses, and substantial incentives. Allowances are provided during the training period.
