About the Role
This position is a contingent W-2 contract opportunity situated within a cutting-edge technology lab's AI division focused on generative models. You will play a key role in managing finance-related training data operations, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of tasks while bridging finance expertise with program coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day coordination between finance domain rater teams and the overall training data program, ensuring tasks meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Develop and refine workflows for task tracking, escalation procedures, and quality assurance specific to finance evaluation activities.
- Monitor productivity and quality metrics of finance-related workstreams, and generate structured reports for program leads.
- Address and resolve finance-related inquiries from raters, escalating complex or unclear issues to subject matter experts with detailed context.
- Collaborate with finance SMEs and leadership to maintain consistency and accuracy in all training data outputs.
Qualifications
- Proven finance or finance operations background with experience managing cross-functional teams or multiple projects.
- Experience overseeing teams of reviewers, analysts, or contributors to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Career history showing progression through finance roles, ideally moving from analyst to coordination roles with increasing responsibility.
- Excellent written communication skills to produce clear status updates, escalation documentation, and procedural guidance under time pressure.
- Commitment to working at least 35 hours weekly on a regular weekday schedule.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of evaluation, annotation, or data review workflows within tech or research settings.
- Experience creating or updating SOPs, escalation frameworks, and guidance documents for operational processes in finance or data management contexts.
Additional Information
This is a remote position offering between $40 and $60 per hour, with an expected workload exceeding 35 hours per week.
