Finance Officer

About the Role

The Finance Officer will take charge of BUILTX Sustainable Design And Construction Limited's comprehensive finance function, acting as the primary liaison between the finance team and senior leadership. This role combines leadership responsibilities with essential duties such as financial planning, project cost monitoring, treasury management, and active involvement in construction and real estate project finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support organizational objectives.
• Supervise accounting activities including management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory controls.
• Ensure adherence to tax laws, specifically GST, while maintaining precise and compliant financial records.
• Formulate and execute robust financial strategies aimed at fostering business expansion.
• Provide mentorship and guidance regarding optimal financial practices to team members.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 6 to 11 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, with solid expertise in Business Finance, Budgeting, Accounting, Taxation, GST, and overall Financial Management.
• Hold an M.Com degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification; an MBA or PGDM is advantageous but not compulsory.
