About the Role
We are seeking proactive Field Sales Executives to expand our merchant network in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, by promoting PhonePe's merchant services. This role involves directly engaging with local businesses to onboard them onto the PhonePe platform and encourage adoption of QR Code, Soundbox, and other offerings.
Responsibilities
- Visit shops and merchants within the assigned area to onboard them onto the PhonePe platform.
- Promote PhonePe QR Code, Soundbox devices, and other merchant-related services effectively.
- Grow business by adding new merchants and achieving daily sales targets through consistent field visits.
- Maintain positive relationships with merchants and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
- Present product features and benefits clearly, demonstrating the value they bring to the merchants' operations.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 17000 to INR 26000.
