Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic Field Sales Executive to join our paint-chemical sector team. The role involves extensive customer engagement across various locations in Pune and surrounding areas including Warje, Daund, Shrigonda, Shirur, Bhor, Solapur, Baramati, Kothrud, Pune Cantt, Dehu Road, Pimpri, Chakan, Alandi, Hinjewadi, Bhosari, Tathawade, Talwade, Dapodi, and Chinchwad. The position is contract-based with a tenure exceeding one year and requires working from the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass set sales targets regularly.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other vital customers.
- Conduct at least two site visits daily to explore new sales prospects.
- Spend a minimum of two hours per day at the designated retail outlet to engage customers and bolster sales.
- Arrange weekly meetings at shops with applicators to promote product use and unify team efforts.
- Submit precise daily sales reports promptly through an online system.
Candidate Requirements
- Must own a valid two-wheeler for field visits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and focused on meeting performance goals.
- Have at least a graduation degree; postgraduate candidates are also welcome.
- Preferably have 6 to 12 months experience in channel sales in sectors like AP/Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, or Lubricants.
- Good mathematical skills are necessary.
- Basic knowledge of Berger paint company and its competitors is beneficial.
- Fresh graduates or candidates from insurance or banking backgrounds with sales capability are encouraged to apply.
Additional Information and Conditions
- Target working locations strictly limited to listed Pune and surrounding area locations.
- Work schedule is day shift, with no remote work option.
- Age limit for applicants is between 18 to 30 years.
- Role is open to male candidates only.

Benefits and Compensation
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹22,000, negotiable.
