Field Debt Manager

Position Overview

The role involves managing a team of Field Executives focused on recovering overdue payments from defaulting customers. It requires strategic planning and execution to meet monthly recovery targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ground Field Executives to ensure efficient recovery of outstanding debts through scheduled customer visits.
• Develop and implement recovery plans, providing guidance and motivation to the team to meet set goals.
• Monitor daily agent activities, including frequent performance reviews, in-person visits for high-value clients, and regular follow-ups.
• Coach executives to improve customer contact rates and apply advanced loss prevention techniques such as skip tracing and foreclosures.
• Enforce ethical collection practices aligned with legal guidelines and the company code of conduct, ensuring team compliance.
• Ensure agents' participation in all required meetings, monthly reviews, and training programs.
• Identify accounts needing legal intervention and manage the corresponding processes appropriately.
• Oversee adherence to Standard Operating Procedures including timely updates of account feedback, conducting thorough collection case reviews and audits, and weekly summarization of high-value accounts.
• Organize daily team meetings to track attendance and promote app usage among agents.
• Stay current with all company circulars and product/service knowledge and disseminate updates to the team.
