직무 설명
Overview
We are recruiting Field Collection Executives for SBI to manage customer payment collections across several locations including Indore, Ratlam, Dhar, Khandwa, and Ujjain. The ideal candidate will be a graduate capable of handling client communications and motivated to meet daily collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect payments from customers pertaining to SBI personal loans (PL), credit cards, and other debts.
- Conduct phone follow-ups for EMI payments and manage customer calls professionally.
- Perform field visits to customers for direct collection efforts.
- Achieve daily collection targets and prepare corresponding reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline with proficiency in Hindi communication.
- Possession of a bike or scooter along with a valid driving license mandatory.
- Strong customer handling abilities and persuasive skills.
- Age between 22 to 30 years.
- Experience ranging from freshers to 1 year is acceptable.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly in-hand salary of ₹17,000 plus incentives.
- Additional petrol allowance provided daily.
