Job Overview
We are seeking female telecallers to engage in outbound telecalling and telesales specifically for projects like Blinkit, Swiggy, Amazon, and Porter. This role involves connecting with delivery partners and riders through phone communication to generate leads, facilitate onboarding processes, and drive activation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telecalling to delivery partners and riders.
- Generate and convert leads through effective communication.
- Drive onboarding milestones and ensure activation targets for riders are met.
- Follow up consistently with riders to guarantee successful joining and ongoing participation.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
- Engage in blue-collar hiring processes and workforce onboarding activities.
Preferred Industry Experience
The ideal candidate will have background experience from industries such as telesales, recruitment and staffing, blue-collar hiring, call centers or BPO, banking and financial services, insurance, telecom, education technology, real estate, fintech, or customer acquisition and lead conversion roles.
Location and Work Setup
The position supports work-from-home arrangements and is managed on a vendor payroll basis. The office location noted is Hesaraghatta Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
