About The Role
Join CHANEL as a Fashion Marketing Assistant Intern within the Fashion Department based in Dubai, UAE. This 6-month internship requires candidates to already be residing in the UAE. You will contribute to the execution of the marketing plan across the Middle East, immersing yourself in all aspects of marketing, events, clienteling, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Team to ensure the punctual delivery of the marketing calendar and track the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Help plan and coordinate various events including global, regional, and boutique-specific engagements.
- Liaise with retail teams to manage guest communications, attendance tracking, and follow-up activities under marketing supervision.
- Evaluate and report the return on investment for each marketing event.
- Work alongside retail teams to develop and present tailored experiences for clients.
- Organize gifts and coordinated actions for clients in tandem with retail personnel.
- Observe and analyze competitors’ marketing events and clienteling strategies to identify successful practices.
- Support administrative duties and partake in additional cross-functional projects as needed.

- Interest or experience within fashion, luxury, or marketing sectors.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Must be residing in the UAE for the internship duration.
