About the Role

Becoming a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada offers an opportunity to enhance your retail skills while delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will manage fashion merchandise by processing, stocking, and maintaining well-organized displays with accurate signage, all within a clean and secure environment. You will collaborate with the team to plan and accomplish daily tasks and seasonal merchandising arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them by promoting products and services, guiding merchandise location, aiding purchase decisions, resolving issues, and directing concerns appropriately.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety checks, and ensuring fixtures are stable and secure.
• Handle the processing and stocking of all fashion-related merchandise effectively.
• Keep the sales floor neat and inviting for customers at all times.
• Merchandise non-modular fashion products and ensure the use of correct fixtures and supplies, replenishing or replacing them as needed.
• Apply appropriate signage consistent with modular guidelines and update seasonal merchandise promptly and attractively.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is CAD 17.75 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
