Job Overview

Krishna Rajaram Ashtekar and Company is seeking a reliable Family Driver in Pune. This role involves daily vehicle driving duties primarily for family and school-related transportation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary of ₹23,800 processed through KRA payroll
• Provident Fund contribution by the company amounting to ₹3,600
• ESIC medical benefits costing ₹175 per month
• 26 paid annual leave days after completing 8 months of service
• An annual bonus equivalent to 8.33% of the salary

Working Days and Timings

• Workdays: Tuesday through Sunday
• Off day: Monday
• Duty hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license
• Minimum three years of experience driving vehicles
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in family duty or school van morning shifts
• Readiness to report on duty by 9:00 AM promptly
• Good knowledge of Pune city roads
• Age between 25 and 50 years
