Job description
Role Overview
As a Factory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring targets are met within deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all daily activities related to factory production.
- Ensure achievement of production goals in the specified time frame.
- Oversee worker performance and machinery operation to maintain an uninterrupted workflow.
- Maintain product quality in line with company standards and regulations.
- Liaise with various departments to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Keep detailed records of raw materials, production volumes, and finished goods inventories.
- Enforce strict workplace safety protocols and company policies.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly production reports to management.
- Provide training and guidance to workers aimed at enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 30,000.
