Facility Management Specialist

Role Overview

The Facility Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operational activities of the site, conducting inspections, managing documentation, and facilitating coordination between Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) teams and various stakeholders to guarantee the efficient functioning of the facility.

Key Duties

• Carry out daily walkthroughs and site inspections to monitor facility condition
• Monitor and report on preventive and reactive maintenance activities
• Keep the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system up to date with current work order statuses
• Ensure the accuracy and upkeep of asset registers and related documentation
• Provide support to IFM supervisors and contractors for effective daily site coordination
• Compile reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics
• Assist in the management of emergency responses and the documentation of incidents

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
• Between 1 to 2 years of experience in facilities management or building operations
• Fundamental understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Excellent coordination and organizational capabilities
