Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Facilities Manager to supervise and maintain the day-to-day operations of our company’s residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all assets function safely, efficiently, and in a cost-effective manner while upholding superior service standards and maximizing long-term asset value.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in facility management or property operations, preferably in real estate development.
  • Hands-on experience managing commercial buildings with multiple floors, large outdoor plaza areas, and residential complexes.
  • Proven leadership ability, budgeting expertise, and vendor relationship management skills.
  • Fluent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of AutoCAD or experience with Odoo systems (Maintenance, Projects, Facility modules) is beneficial.
