Role Overview

The Executive Vice-President is a key leadership position working remotely on a full-time basis. This role entails steering the company’s strategic vision and operational success across numerous business units, encompassing website design, CCTV setup, security systems, and broadcasting and streaming solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement long-term business strategies aligned with emerging market trends and company goals.
• Oversee senior management teams to ensure operational effectiveness and service excellence.
• Review and analyze financial and operational reports to guide budgeting and optimize resource deployment.
• Lead collaborative planning sessions across departments to promote seamless workflow and innovation.
• Maintain and ensure superior service quality for clients globally.
• Forge and nurture partnerships, while supporting critical client relationships.
• Champion business growth initiatives and process enhancement activities.
• Work closely with the executive leadership team regarding risk management, compliance, and organizational development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in executive leadership, organizational oversight, and making strategic decisions.
• Prior experience managing technology-centered businesses including web solutions, security systems, or broadcast and streaming domains.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting and evaluating performance metrics at senior levels.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and engagement skills with a variety of stakeholders.
• Experienced in leading remote and multicultural teams effectively.
• Successful history of facilitating business expansion, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving processes.
• Understanding of global markets and pertinent regulatory environments affecting technology and security operations.
• Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology or similar fields; advanced qualifications such as an MBA are beneficial.
