Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Executive or Senior Executive in Sales to join Khazana Jewellery at our Puducherry location. Fresh graduates are invited to apply for this role, which involves direct customer interaction, product sales, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by offering detailed information about jewellery items and pricing.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing and handling customers effectively.
- Drive sales through techniques such as up-selling and cross-selling of products and services.
- Manage counter sales and overall store operations efficiently.
- Sell a variety of precious items including gold, diamonds, platinum, and silver products.
- Oversee stock receipts, conduct quality checks, and maintain inventory management at the counter.
- Achieve sales targets for each counter according to the store's business plan.
