Role Overview
This role is part of the Supply Chain division focusing on production operations within chemical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain safe working conditions by conducting Tool Box Talks and managing permit controls during shifts.
- Achieve daily production goals adhering strictly to safety, quality, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
- Supervise resin processing activities, including monitoring heating/cooling profiles, reactor parameters, and batch cycles.
- Carry out online batch verifications, sample collections, SAP data entries, and document batch information thoroughly.
- Manage Lockout/Tagout procedures, coordinate equipment breakdown resolutions, and schedule preventive maintenance through SAP.
- Facilitate Quality Assurance approvals, lead root cause analyses for any deviations, and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
- Identify and report unsafe work conditions promptly and respond effectively to emergency situations.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma holder in Chemical Engineering.
- Age limit up to 26 years.
- Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years within Chemical, Resin, Adhesive, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors.
- Knowledgeable in polymer chemistry, utilities management, and control systems such as DCS/PLC.
- Proficient in SAP modules (Production Planning and Materials Management) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to work in shift patterns as required.
