Executive II - Field Audit

Role Overview

This position involves verifying the precision, quality, and compliance of customer visit records through meticulous field audits. The incumbent will perform on-site customer verifications, compare recorded data against internal system data, and evaluate the efficiency of collection interactions.

Key Duties

• Conduct frequent visits to customer locations to confirm that contact details, visit timings, and outcomes are accurately logged by collection agents.
• Cross-check field records with system data to uncover inconsistencies and discrepancies.
• Assess the quality of customer interactions and the success of collection initiatives.
• Compile comprehensive audit reports detailing observations, proposed improvements, and compliance gaps.
• Support the creation and delivery of training programs aimed at educating collection personnel on audit standards and company practices.
• Ensure strict compliance with organizational policies, standard procedures, and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in field auditing or a similar function preferred.
• Strong analytical aptitude and effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with interpersonal effectiveness.
• Proficient use of computers and software tools including CRM platforms and data analysis applications.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Possession of a valid driving license along with dependable transport.
• Experience in the collections sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with relevant compliance regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of the geographic areas covered by audits is preferred.
