Role overview

This position combines executive support and office management. You will work closely with the Partner to keep priorities organized, protect time for high-value work, and ensure the office runs smoothly each day. The role calls for excellent judgment, confidentiality, coordination across multiple stakeholders, and the ability to stay effective in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll do

  • Deliver senior-level administrative support to the Partner with professionalism, speed, and discretion.
  • Own the Partner's schedule, including calendar coordination, travel planning, expense tracking, and meeting setup.
  • Organize board sessions, investor meetings, internal committee meetings, and outside engagements, making sure all logistics and materials are ready ahead of time.
  • Build meeting agendas, compile briefing documents, note follow-up actions, and chase stakeholders to help decisions move forward on time.
  • Prepare and refine presentations, emails, reports, investor-facing updates, and internal notes to a polished business standard.
  • Serve as the main contact for the Partner's communication flow, sorting and prioritizing incoming and outgoing messages.
  • Keep executive and company records well structured, secure, and easy to retrieve while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Run day-to-day office administration and help maintain a professional, efficient, and orderly workplace.
  • Manage office operations, facilities, suppliers, consumables, and admin services, working with internal colleagues and external vendors as needed.
