Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives by managing calendars, arranging meetings, and organizing travel plans.
- Draft, review, and edit communications, presentations, and various official documents.
- Conduct research, gather data, and generate reports for executive review.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost care.
- Serve as the communication link between executives and both internal teams and external partners.
- Support special assignments and company events as required.
Requirements
