Overview
Hello Nori Inc. is hiring an Executive Assistant to support executive-level administration and coordination. This is a full-time role based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and the work must be performed at the physical workplace with no remote option.

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience
2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Gather and organize information needed for document preparation.
- Draft reports and other materials for review by executive committees and boards of directors.
- Review incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports.
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of summary briefs and reports.
- Prepare meeting agendas and handle arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
- Oversee, direct, and assess day-to-day operational activities.
- Organize travel plans, itineraries, and booking arrangements.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and administer contracts and related documentation.
- Support event planning and coordination.
- Type, edit, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
