Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to our Founder and Principal. This pivotal role will enable the Principal to focus on strategic initiatives, client engagement and business expansion by managing daily operational commitments efficiently.
Key Duties
- Effectively managing the Principal’s schedule, appointments, and important commitments.
- Drafting and preparing briefing materials, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Assisting with business development efforts and maintaining client relations.
- Preparing, formatting, and meticulously reviewing proposals and client documents.
- Organizing both domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Enabling the Principal to prioritize critical tasks by overseeing daily obligations.
Work Hours and Flexibility
This role is part-time, with an estimated workload equivalent to three days weekly. We offer flexibility regarding how these hours are scheduled—whether through three full days or shorter daily commitments spread over the week—to suit your and the organization's needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience supporting a business leader, CEO, or senior executive.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written communication skills with experience in preparing and reviewing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Excellent judgement, initiative, and precise attention to detail.
- A professional demeanor and aptitude for building and maintaining trustworthy relationships.
Employment Details and Benefits
- Competitive remuneration starting at $112,000 per annum (including 12% superannuation), adjusted pro rata for part-time hours; compensation is commensurate with skills and experience.
