Job Overview

This position is for an Excel Specialist working remotely under a contract basis. The role involves designing and simulating complex business scenarios leveraging expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, aligned with tasks encountered in your professional background.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and simulate advanced and realistic business cases requiring deep expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Engage in structured, iterative dialogue with a large language model (LLM), submitting detailed document prompts and assessing AI-generated outputs.
• Produce and critically analyze Office documents (.xlsx, .docx, .pptx), comparing two AI-generated alternatives to choose the best quality solution.
• Provide comprehensive feedback by documenting preferences side-by-side to assist in enhancing AI models, focusing on accuracy and relevance to real business scenarios.
• Impart domain-specific knowledge spanning multiple industries and business functions to reflect a wide variety of real-world applications.
• Communicate feedback clearly in both written and oral forms, ensuring the AI training team comprehends and can act on the insights.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience in Fortune 500 companies utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for significant business initiatives.
• Proven ability to build intricate models, reports, and presentations in sectors such as finance, healthcare, technology, consulting, or retail.
• Experience in business roles like private equity associate, investment banking analyst, junior consultant, FP&A analyst, human resources, or marketing strategist, actively participating in deal or project work.
• Skilled in designing use cases relevant to business functions including strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and attention to detail when providing feedback.
• Background in interacting with large language models or composing comprehensive prompts for AI tools is advantageous.
• Analytical aptitude to discern nuanced distinctions in document quality and applicability to business contexts.
