About the Role
Join G2G Hospitality as an Event Planner / Manager based in Delhi-NCR. In this role, you will be essential in designing and delivering seamless events by collaborating closely with clients and managing all logistical details from inception to execution.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with couples and corporate clients to grasp their vision, expectations, and budgetary constraints, including closing queries via phone or personal meetings.
- Leverage provided leads and generate new prospects through social media outreach and database utilization.
- Identify, book, and liaise with vendors and venues such as caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainers.
- Create comprehensive event timelines, production schedules, and seating maps ensuring smooth orchestration of events.
- Oversee event day setup, manage vendor arrivals, supervise ceremony and reception flow, and resolve emergent challenges efficiently.
- Manage financial aspects including expense tracking, contract negotiations, and invoice processing to maintain budget discipline.
- Demonstrate agility and problem-solving skills to handle last-minute changes or unforeseen issues promptly.
- Be prepared to travel across India with team members for client meetings, vendor negotiations, and business development activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills for effective consultations and closing deals.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple vendors and venues simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills including scheduling, logistics planning, and event documentation.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, contracts, and billing.
- Adaptive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure on event day.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within India for business meetings and client engagements.
