Role Overview

This position is responsible for organizing and delivering firm events from the earliest planning stages through final wrap-up. A background in corporate event work is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and run important firm functions such as practice group receptions, client dinners, seminars, alumni events, and other hosted gatherings.
  • Support end-to-end event project management, including venue sourcing, menu planning, invitation design, RSVP tracking, guest list coordination, onsite staffing, transportation arrangements, and post-event follow-up.
